Tenure

The London Borough of Ealing owns the freehold interest in the site which is registered with the Land Registry under title numbers NGL412299 and MX283873.

An area of Perceval House is leased to Ealing Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) until February 2020, subject to a mutual rolling option to break from February 2018.

Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE) occupy part of the site for a substation on a 999 year lease from 26 October 1972, at a peppercorn rent.

Disposal Terms

The requirement to undertake works and to enter into a Joint Venture agreement has led to the decision to procure a partner through an OJEU regulated process.

The first stage of the tender process is to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). The completed PQQ should be uploaded via the London Tenders Portal: www.LondonTenders.org by 16.00 hours (4pm) on 13 September 2016.

Ealing Council is not bound to accept the highest or any offer and reserves the right to enter into negotiations with any party.
